"To reach, teach and keep boys for Christ."Royal Rangers is a scouting-type program for boys. It was started in 1962 by the Assemblies of God and is still growing strong forty years later!

Royal Rangers reaches across the US and is currently in over 63 nations around the world. Royal Rangers is designed to meet the physical, spiritual, mental and social needs of boys and young men ages five through seventeen. Boys meet during the mid-week or family night service at church.

The boys meet together as a group called an "outpost." The outpost is further divided into four age groups to better meet the different needs of the boys.
